We are proud to introduce the 2025–2026 board of directors for our Cincinnati chapter! This dynamic group of leaders represents a diverse range of industries and brings a shared passion for entrepreneurship, growth and community. Whether they work in finance, wellness, tech, art, marketing, construction or another field, each board member contributes unique experience and insight. 


Together, they are committed to fostering connection, delivering value and driving the EO mission forward for our local community of entrepreneurs.


President

Shanna Novosel, regional franchise owner and area representative BIGGBY COFFEE

Shanna Novosel is a multi-store owner and regional franchise leader with Biggby Coffee, a fast-growing national coffee brand. As a passionate entrepreneur and community builder, Shanna oversees operations for more than 40 locations, focusing on empowering teams and creating exceptional customer experiences. Her background in franchise development and operations strategy will inform her role as EO Cincinnati president, where she leads with vision and connection.

Michael Sacher, partner, WestPoint Financial Group 

Michael Sacher is a partner at WestPoint Financial Group, where he advises business owners and professionals on comprehensive financial strategies for growth and succession. With a focus on relationship-driven solutions, Michael brings more than a decade of experience in wealth management to his role as EO Cincinnati president-elect and membership engagement chair. He is deeply committed to strengthening the EO community through meaningful connections and mentorship.

 

Governance

Larry Kavanagh, chief executive officer, NaviStone

Larry Kavanagh is CEO of NaviStone, a cutting-edge marketing technology company that helps retailers increase revenue through intent-based direct mail. A serial entrepreneur and data-driven leader, Larry has built and scaled multiple successful ventures. In his EO role overseeing chapter governance, he brings a strategic mindset and deep understanding of organizational growth and leadership dynamics.


Treasurer

Joe Moore, president, AEB Technologies

Joe Moore is president of AEB Technologies, a leading manufacturer's representative in the commercial HVAC controls and instrumentation space. With a foundation in engineering and construction, Joe brings financial discipline and long-term vision to his role as EO Cincinnati treasurer. He is passionate about innovation and helping businesses leverage technology for sustainable growth.


Learning and Social

Litsa Spanos, president, ADC Fine Art (Art Design Consultants)

Litsa Spanos is president of ADC Fine Art, one of the top art consulting firms in the nation, known for connecting businesses, collectors and interior designers with exceptional original artwork. With more than 30 years in the art industry, Litsa has a passion for curating creative experiences and supporting fellow entrepreneurs. She brings energy and vision to her EO role, leading learning and social events, creating spaces that inspire and connect.


Forum

DJ Hume, founder, Prosper Capital

DJ Hume is the founder of Prosper Capital, a private investment firm focused on funding real estate and small business ventures throughout the Midwest. With a background in finance and entrepreneurship, DJ is a trusted advisor and strategic thinker. As EO Cincinnati’s forum chair, he supports the development of strong, high-impact peer groups that foster personal and professional breakthroughs.

Cameron Grimme, executive, Johnstone Supply Co.

Cameron Grimme is a senior executive at Johnstone Supply Co., where he oversees business development and strategic operations for one of the leading HVACR wholesale distributors in the region. Known for his leadership in both growth and culture, Cameron serves as EO Cincinnati membership chair, helping onboard and engage new members who align with EO’s mission of transformational growth.


Marketing/Communication Co-Chairs

Jay Mueller, CEO, Camargo Insurance

Jay Mueller is CEO of Camargo Insurance, a full-service independent agency delivering customized insurance solutions to businesses and families across the region. With decades of experience in risk management and client service, Jay blends traditional values with modern approaches. In his EO role, Jay co-leads marketing and communications, supporting the chapter’s visibility and voice within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Margee Moore, CEO, BigOrange Marketing

Margee Moore is president and CEO of BigOrange Marketing, a HubSpot-partner digital marketing firm she co-founded to empower American businesses through strategic inbound marketing, SEO and StoryBrand–based websites. Passionate about community and growth, Margee serves as the EO board member marketing/communication co‑chair and regularly speaks at events like Cincy AI Week 2025 and ChannelPro Live 2025. 


Strategic Alliance Partner (SAP) Chair

Tony Huser, president and CEO, B.L. Spille Construction, Inc.

Tony Huser is president and CEO of B.L. Spille Construction, a full-service design-build construction management contractor  known for its commercial and medical building expertise. With deep roots in the Greater Cincinnati area, Tony brings hands-on leadership and long-term partnership thinking to every project. As EO Cincinnati’s SAP chair, Tony cultivates relationships with strategic planning. Tony is also a current Board Member for the EO LAC (Latin American) Chapter as well. 


EO Accelerator (EOA) Co-Chairs

Sarah Crawford - Anchor Wellness Center Founder 

Dr. Sarah Crawford is the founder of Anchor Wellness Center, a multidisciplinary health and wellness practice focused on root-cause care, movement, and functional health. A physical therapist and innovator in preventive care, Sarah champions entrepreneurship in the healthcare space. As EOA Co-Chair, she empowers emerging entrepreneurs to build strong, scalable businesses through the EO Accelerator program.

 

Brad Hill - Chief Officer at American Legacy Tours

Brad Hill is Chief Officer at American Legacy Tours, a premier experiential tour company known for immersive storytelling and cultural exploration throughout Cincinnati. An expert in brand building and customer experience, Brad brings creative thinking and operational know-how to his role as EOA Co-Chair. He is passionate about helping early-stage entrepreneurs grow with clarity, purpose, and a solid foundation.
